As I investigate more of the included software with Knoppix 3.3 from Nov 2003, I wanted to play the game Falcon's Eye. When I try to start it from K Menu/Games/Adventure/Falcon's eye, the screen blanks and then comes back. It will not start. To see what the problem was, I tried 'falconseye' from a comamnd line and it works! I did 'which falconseye' and it says it is running the one in /usr/sbin/games (I think). when I look at the K Menu entry for that item, it has exactly the same program. Why does it run from a Konsole but not from the K Menu? Anyone have any ideas?
