Hmm, sounds promising since it would render my smp-free remaster obsolete and I could go back to using only the official version. Unfortunately it still seems to behave (lockup after loading the mfsroot) like the previous versions on my machine, a Clevo M410E.
Is "nosmp" the only cheat code you used ? Has anyone else who previously experienced the same problems tried this ?
