where can I learn to use the compresed filesystems described in the remastering howto? i went to the web site of cloop page (here) and its not very selfe explanitory.

do any extra boot paramaters have to be changed when remastering and using a compresed image? and i thought that the default knoppix uses a compresed filesystem, so how can remastering be done without making it compressed?



last question, lnx-bbc a knoppix varriant mounts /dev/cloop as root, how does it specify that its singularity image is also /dev/cloop?
