Mouse Left-button pb

Hi,
I've been trying Knoppix 3.3 and everything seems fine except for my mouse. Knoppix detects my mouse as a USB wireless multimedia keyboard (wich is right) but the left button click doesn't work in KDE.
I can close windows but I can't click into menu items or start programs.
Right button works fine by the way.
Can anybody help?
