Hi!

Just wanted to stop by and express my gratitude to all the people behind Knoppix. Last night I was upgrading a kernel on one of our Linux servers (HP Proliant DL380) and made a bummer running LILO. As a result, my server no longer booted. Luckily I had remembered a word 'knoppix' from somewhere, so I came to the website, downloaded the ISO, read some postings in the forum about using Knoppix with HP Smart Array controllers while the ISO was downloading, burnt the ISO, booted my server to Knoppix, mounted the RAID array, ran LILO (this time *without* making a mistake <g>) and my skin was saved as well as my server.
