Comuter Hangs

Hi!

I have a Packard Bell iConnect 8003 and KNOPPIX hangs almost directly after start. I have tryed several codes but nothing works. Any one with this problem?

did you check if you had a correct iso of the distribution ? (using the md5 file)

Yes I have it md5ed and I have tryed to boot from floppy. And the iso boots fine i Bochs. It hang after ok now boot.. with knoppix 2 vga=normal. And no bitmap when syslinux starts.

Are you using any "removable" drives, like Zip or Tape? Load the media, Disk, Tape, etc. and see how things work.
