Frustrated! Just cant get anything installed with apt-get

I am stuck with this error and cant move on.
please help. (see below)
It seems that libxcursor-dev wont install no matter what I try and do have. Already tryed apt-get -f install.

BTW, using Knop 3.3 installed on hard drive

Options marked[*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through `less' or `more' !

You have to put in the whole line:

dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/libxcursor-dev_1.0.2-4_i386.deb

Easiest to copy paste by highlighting here and mouse-middle-clicking in the root prompt.

Thanks markus, that did the trick I was entering them on seprate lines
I am going to print out the fix becouse if happend to me again I can just refer to that my copy rather than try to remember it. thanks again.
