how can i burn QtParted ,to create a boot CD,?

how can i get a download of QtParted ,to create a boot CD, with rescue utilities like cfdisk to use for an old PC with so small HD,and only 32mb ram,it wont load my knoppix 3.3,only DSL or feather?

so i can partition for Linux?

or where can i download cfdisk,onto a floppy to do the same ?

damn small linux has parted. should work. and it has fdisk and other tols for making filesystems...
