a message stating my sound card is busy? however i still hear theme sounds when i min & max my folders. Is there a command that show whats being used on my PC so i can find out whats wrong with my crazy PC

it's really pissing me off....

If you are using XMMS then go into the preferences and change the output plugin to the Arts if is not installed the I believe the package is xmms-arts then you can have both the music and theme sounds.
