Problems by remastering

Hello,
I follow the howto for remastering a KNOPPIX, everything work fine, but when i compress the image, i have the follow message by block 17341:
Alloc_pages: 0-order allocation failed (gfp:0x1d2/0)
kill compress_fs
Done
And of course, no compressed file in the directory
Any, idea ?

Methinks you're having an "out of ram" problem.

You need at least a G of system/swap ram combined. MOre if you want to make a larger disc (like a dvd).
