Reply With Quotewhat boot loader you use for the floppy ? If it is the raw one, there is no way it will work. I have documented how I did it on a VFAT(ME) partition under the hdd install section.
I've tried KNOPPIX_V3.2-2003-03-30-EN.iso, it failed.
1. dd if=/dev/fd0 of=bootsect.lnx bs=512 count=1
2. copy footsect.lnx to the WinXP loader partition, and copy all files on the floppy to the same partition
3. edit boot.ini
4. restart
5. choose boot linux, FAIL!
