Bluetooth-Modem wird nicht gefunden

Hallo,
habe ein Problem mit meinem Acer-Bluetooth-modem. Knoppix 3.6 erkennt das Modem (dev/modem/setup) , jedenfalls meistens. Manchmal beim ersten Versuch nicht, beim zweiten klappts meistens. Kppp - Einwahl funktioniert perfekt. Knoppix 4.0.2 findet kein Modem auch beim xten Versuch nicht.
Mach ich was falsch ? Bin ein echter Linux- Depp und brauche also echte Anfänger Hilfe.
Wer erbarmt sich meiner???

hoffe das wird Dir weiterhelfen; bei mit hat es mit Epox
Bluetooth USB Dongle BT-DG02 geklappt unter Knoppix 3.4 !
