(excuse for my not perfet english, I am italien)

I have a Trust Spyc@m 100 camera and I want to use with Knoppix 3.2 live CD, only for the functionality of discard images registered.

I plug the camera on USB port, but the hotplug (that I suppose must detect it) not detect the camera.

I tried to lunch gphoto2 with the --auto-detect option, but the camera is not detected.

Is it possible to use this camera on Knoppix 3.2?
I googled a lot, but I'm not found nothing.

What is the exact step that I must do?
