Can You Change The Size Of The RAMDisk?

I have a few questions about the RAMDisk.

Can you change the size of the RAMDisk that is created when you are just running Knoppix from the CD?

If you can increase the size would the limit be based on how much RAM you have on your computer?

If you can change the size would it increase the speed of Knoppix?
