hi all can anyone help me,

well i have success fully created a remaster of knoppix which local installed but i have to select the hindi from control center.
please tell me the way by which i can boot my knoppix in hindi only but not in english. please also provide me the enviornment variable of hindi ( i am using gargi 1.7 font)
