Can someone perhaps help? Until now I have been using Knoppix 3.6. I created a persisten homdir on a 128Mb USB Memory Stick with encryption. It has been working well and I have been able to use the CD and memory stick combination on 3 different machines. However, I have just downloaded 3.8.2. It seems to be much better for using on the laptop I've been using as 3.6, did not expand X to use the whole screen. The problem is that 3.8.2 won't see my memory stick. When I do and fdisk -l, I can see that there is a uba1, but I have no idea how to mount it as the normal commands don't work. It also won't mount using "knoppix home=/dev/uba1" or "knoppix home=scan". What is going wrong?
