I am a new linux user and i am having trouble with many things. I am trying to change to linux because I disagree with microsofts ethics. I find it hard to use linux in an advanced way even though I am a very experienced windows user. one of the problems i am having is installing different software, without a wizard. Another is activating my sound card. I work of the live distro if that is any thing to do with the problem.
