User management window will show some other locale charecter

Hi,
I am using Knoppix liveCD kernel version 2.47. the user managemnet window shows other than english charecters.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. download knoppix Redhat linux Kernel 2.47 ISO image.
2. write it to the CD.
3. Boot the system with this CD.
4. Go the K icon -> System -> Kuser.

the window which I will get is not of english.

can anyone look in to the issue and let me know, in which version this fix will go?

What do you mean by Knoppix Redhat? knoppix is Debian, not Red Hat.
