If weuse your Fedex / UPS account, wedocharge a $25flat feefor servers to cover packing cost. No local pickup is allowed as we do not have a store front. All items must be shipped.We use top of the line shipping supplies to make sure that your item(s) arrives safely. Packagesto PR/APO/FPO HI/Alaska and similar locations willrequire extra payment in postage. We only ship to the address on yourpayment.

ITEM FACTS

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted within 30 daysfrom the date of purchase.There are no exceptions to this policy. Inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly. Please save the server shipping box and any packing material for 30 days. We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial number that do not match our records will be refused. RMA is required on all returns.


Warranty

Wewarranty all purchases for 30 days, from the date the client receives the package, unless specified otherwise. No return or exchange will be accepted outside the 30 days window. There is no exceptions to this policy. Please test all items upon arrival and report any issues immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or losses related to your time, project orenvironment(data / software / network / server / rack / building) where purchased parts are installed; Modifications to any parts sold without prior approval will void our warranty. Client is responsible for shipping the original defective item(s) back to us for warranty repairs, fully insured against damage or loss. In case of damage or loss, client will be responsible for initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
