I am using 4.0, but plan on getting the latest soon.

I realize I can back my configs to USB drive, and at bootup, I can use "knoppix myconfig=mnt/sda1" to boot with my saved configs (haven't tried it yet)

Here is the question:

How do i copy Knoppix to ram, AND use my conifg file too? I know about the "knoppix toram" command, but how, if possible, can I use both commands?

Also, is there a way to automatically save changes to my USB drive?

I will look at the FAQ later, but I have a hard time finding out exactly what I want.
