Knoppix install problems!

Hello everyone, I am having some problems installing knoppix in my vm. I have make one ext3 partition and one swap partition and it and knoppix says "no usable install partition found". I also chose auto, and disk, but it will not install it just keeps saying "no usable install partition found"! Also when I type in knoppix-installer it says no command found! Please help!

Ext3 is the wrong filesystem type. You have to format your partition with reiserfs. The minimum size of your partition should be 15 GB and at least 1 GB for swap space. The installer is called 0wn.

Try this
use the gparted option
create your swap space manually 2xmemory
then take the rest of the disk and create a partition but do not assign it a file system type.
leave that blank
commit the changes
then retry automatic partioning
it should work now.
