Okay, I think you mean Knoppix 6.3 - the other would be quite old, especially for a server kernel, and not recommended. I also don't recommend using Knoppix to do a hard disk install for a server; there are many special customizations made to the system to make it suitable for running directly from the CD/DVD and it's simply not a good fit for your intended use. I recommend Debian instead - the link is an interesting site for people doing that type of thing.
