Can not load pcspkr module

Hello.

I want to load the pcspkr module so that I can ring my Konsole and Terminal bell; eg, as Root:

modprobe pcspkr

But when I try the kernel just gives a FATAL error message.
I am using 5.1 {because I particularly like KDE 3}.
Surely the pcspkr module is older than 2.6.19 ?
What can I do to load the module?
