Correct location for Shell Scripts running at start-up

I think that you should create a small file /home/knoppix/.config/autostart/lxdeDefaultScreenlayout.desktop with the following content:

[Desktop Entry]
Name=lxdeDefaultScreenlayout
Type=Application
Exec=sudo /usr/local/bin/lxdeDefaultScreenlayout
Terminal=false

The owner of the .desktop file should be knoppix.
