wget -r broken in 7.7.1

wget does not recursively download http;

I didn't check further than that.

The functionality was needed in a hurry-- so I recompiled from source, and it then worked OK
(though I had to disable ssl at compile time, `config` couldnt find openssl or gnutls-- it complained about pkg-config.)


I only checked knoppix64.



Works fine with 7.2. (from 32-bit CD)
