    NIC won't work from HDD install.

    I am running Knoppix 3.2 on my HDD and have configured it first with a static then tried DHCP. No Luck...

    If I run it from the CD my NIC works fine ?? What could be the problem ?

    Once you install to the hard drive you have to run netcardconfig as root.
