Whats the easiest way to boot to command line? I dont want it to be permamenent.

from live cd:
to start the gui from command line:
booting from hard drive instal in a guil:
you can also change F1 thru F6 to get a different command line terminal.
Ctrl+ALT+F7 will bring you back to the gui.
