Well, McAfee decided to do the Auto-update thing, but it still won't open to scan for viruses. Haven't tried the f-prot download with v3.4 yet (it's Finals week, that's on the list for tomorrow when we're both done and have a little more time... ). So that's the plan I suppose, we'll see how it goes. Thanks a lot for your help. I love all the friendly, helpful people in this forum.
