This 1U Smoothwall was manufactured by Caswell (the OEM) as the well-known & bulletproof CAS-3030.It has been my primary home router / firewall for several years, always protected by an UPS in a clean, climate-controlled environment. It has been rock solid, and also handles gigabit fiber Internet service without breaking a sweat.I am downsizing and replaced it last week with a desktop model.A screenshot of the full dashboard shows the packages it was running for me just last week. Another screenshot of the partial desktop shows how well it performed under load.It has been restored to factory defaults. The final screenshot shows the welcome screen.
