The adapter plugs into your Commodore 64 joystick port 1 and enables you to use any PS/2 compatible mouse - like the one included!

The adapter and mouse are tested and compatible with Geos v2 and onwards, please ensure that you have installed the 1351 serial driver onto your Geos if not included (Commodore + I key to enable).

Note about the adapter: It’s also possible to use a USB mouse by using a USB to PS/2 converter plug. Beware: most USB mouses do not support the required PS/2 mode. We therefore recommend using a dedicated PS/2 mouse, one with a round green plug, to avoid disappointment.

Several modes are supported and selectable by holding mouse buttons during power-on:
None: Standard C1351 Mode (default pointer speed).
Left: C1351 Mode (fast pointer speed).

Right: C1350 / Joystick mode.

Middle: C1351 Mode (slow pointer speed).


The adapter includes a handy reset switch so you can exchange the PS/2 mouse or change the mode without having to unplug the adapter.
