Up for sale is the exact Dell Powerscale F900 2U Server from the photos and as described below.
This is a Dell Poweredge R740XD based Server that ships from the Dell factory with support for 24 x 2.5" NVME SSDs. This is a full 24 bay NVME system, with all expanders and cables intact ( see photo)
If you check photo 3, you can see it is physically printed there, "NVME Bay 1, NVME Bay 2", Etc
This system is based on the Dell PowerEdge R740XD, but this is a very high end configuration. It has 48 CPU cores, High performance Fans, and all the NVME expanders and cabling default from the factory.
All 24 x Front 2.5" bays in this server are NVME enabled. The customer we got this server from elected to keep their drives for security reasons, so this system does not come with any NVME drives at all!
This server comes with a 30 day warranty, but it is not complete. There are no drive caddies, hard drives, operating system. Everything you are buying, the motherboard, the CPUs, The RAM, and Power Supplies, the NVME controllers, all that comes with our 30 day warranty.
The metal lid has multiple scratches to the metal the width of a hair. See actual photos- it's in good overall shape, NO DENTS, but there is some cosmetic wear, (thin scratches to metal lid).
This is a 2U server that takes up to 24 x 2.5" NVME SSDs, Up to 24 x Registered DDR4 ECC Memory Modules, and uses Dual Socket LGA3647 Xeon CPUs.
