Grandstream GXV3350 Corded Phone:
$69.95

This is a Grandstream GXV3350 Voip Phone, and offered for any customer of the USA (I can’t guarantee these phones will work outside of the US).
I am selling it for one of my clients, a Law Office in Dallas who initially purchased these but they didn’t like them as they did not like the touch screen and missed the physical buttons of their last phone system – a digital hybrid ESI system. The Voip dealer would not take back these phones.
They were used about 30 days, they discontinued their use of them about around July 2022 and they have been in storage ever since. I sold a prior batch of these phones but somehow this one was buried in my storage locker which I missed, my storage locker is climate controlled.
The original box will be included, however the Factory label on the box is for another phone I sold. There are some hand written notes on the box, by the original owner. The factory power supply bricks got thrown out by the original owner, unfortunately. I have included a used after market 12v 2.0 amp power supply, it has slightly more capacity than the factory 12v 1.5 amp power supply. The factory manual is included, however the paper manual does show some minor wear. I performed a factory reset of the units. There is no warranty remaining since it would have been processed by the original Voip provider, but 4 years have lapsed since they were purchased.
The phone in this listing is very clean, and the display has no visible scratches. The mac address and serial numbers (in the photos above) have been partially obfuscated to prevent fraud and hacking.
They come with the original desk stand, which can be inserted in one of three slots for different angles of phone placement. The Grandstream wall mount is NOT INCLUDED.
This phone can be connected to an Ethernet network (and they support standard POE delivery), and they have both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi connectivity, as well as Bluetooth capability (for devices like bluetooth ear buds). They have an integrated 720p webcam. I’m including a new 14’ Cat 6 Ethernet cable.
This phone has a 5” 1280x720 capacitive touch screen, tiltable built in web camera, HDMI Output, dual mics, HD Speakerphone, and support for 720p HD video. The on line manual at grandstream.com lists the following specifications:It runs Android 7.016 Lines with up to 16 SIP Accounts.
RJ9 headset jack (allowing EHS with Plantronics headsets), USB port, HDMI-out (1.4 up to 720p/30fps)
Integrated PoE* 802.3af Class 3, PoE+ 802.3at, Class 4Physical informationDimension: 210mm (L) x 243mm (L) x 47.5mm (H)
Unit weight: 1.24kgThese screens are glossy so you will see in some of the pictures how lighting fixtures can introduce reflections into the display. You need to check with your VOIP Provider to insure these phones are compatible with your Service.I am not able to provide technical support regarding the provisioning or use of this phone, as I am not the dealer or a voip provider. I offer a 14 day return if you are not happy with your phone, please keep the shipping materials in case you wish to return it. The phone set MUST be returned in the same condition as it was received.
An ideal buyer will already have these phones in service at their business so there will be no guesswork as to whether or not these phones will work for them. They’re ideal for replacing a broken or malfunctioning phone, or for expanding of an office.
However if you are starting a small business or simply want to switch from the old style digital phone system, reach out to your VOIP provider to check compatibility before buying.
That said, Voip phones work best on Fiber Optic Internet, if you have Copper Coax Internet or DSL you may experience call quality issues, this applies not only with Grandstream, but other Voip competitors, such as Cisco, Yealink, and Polycom.
