Klarity Defect is KLA\'s automated defect analysis and defect data management software platform, designed to help semiconductor manufacturing facilities analyze inspection data, identify process excursions and accelerate yield learning.

The Klarity platform supports defect data analysis, defect source analysis, excursion identification, yield analysis and process-related data evaluation. Klarity SSA (Spatial Signature Analysis) provides automated analysis of spatial defect signatures to help identify patterns associated with process issues.
