This is exactly like the original A8PicoCart, but now with dual RP2040s installed.
The firmware was modified to access Pico A and Pico B. Why? Because in case someone wanted twice the storage area. This is really for hobbyists or beta testers to think up uses for a dual rp2040 system.
I just created it because I\'m a hobbyist also and wanted to do a little hardware design.
As you can see in the photo, externally this appears exactly like a regular A8PicoCart. There is an accessible USB-C port, which allows you to use Pico A as you see fit. Pico B is not externally accessible and comes prefilled.
What you get: 1 A8PicoDuo cartridge. Internally 2 RP2040s are installed.
About:
A8PicoCart, a modern multi-cart for Atari 8-bit XL/XE computers. This tiny Raspberry Pi Pico-based cartridge lets you load classic Atari 8-bit software that you own with an on-screen menu right from the Atari. It is a simple, affordable way to bring your software library to real Atari hardware without swapping cartridges or disks. All you need is a usb-c cable. Cool upgrade for Atari 600XL, 800XL, XE, and XEGS fans.
Original hardware design Hardware design and firmware by Robin Edwards (UnoCart/A8PicoCart project).
