Up for sale is an Apple MacBook Air M5 (13-inch, 2026) A3449 lower shell/top case assembly, being sold strictly for parts.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ
THE MOTHERBOARD/LOGIC BOARD IS 100% NOT WORKING. It should be considered non-functional and not repairable. Do NOT purchase this item expecting a working or usable motherboard.
The value of this listing is in the other components included with the lower assembly.
INCLUDED
* Lower shell / top case / palmrest
* Fully functional keyboard
* Fully functional trackpad
* Battery
* Bottom cover
* Original screws
* Original cable covers/brackets
* Non-working motherboard/logic board, included AS-IS for parts only
NO SCREEN/DISPLAY IS INCLUDED.
COMPONENT DETAILS
The keyboard and trackpad were tested and are fully functional.
The battery was also functioning when tested, but I do not know the current battery health or cycle count, so no specific battery capacity or lifespan is guaranteed.
The Touch ID/power button works as a power button, but Touch ID fingerprint authentication will NOT work. The Touch ID sensor is paired to the original motherboard, so fingerprint unlock cannot be used with a replacement motherboard.
CONDITION
There are no visible signs of liquid damage or other significant damage to the lower assembly. Please examine all photos carefully for the exact condition.
The item pictured is the exact item you will receive.
PLEASE NOTE
This is a used parts/repair listing and is sold AS-IS. There is no working MacBook included, and this is NOT a complete computer.
