Up for sale is a fully restored Amiga 3000 computer system. The Amiga 3000 is considered by many to be the model with the perfect combination of beauty and CPU horsepower. It integrates an 68030 accelerator, flicker fixer (VGA output) and SCSI hard drive controller all in a lovely compact desktop case.

Amiga 3000


This Amiga 3000 is a 25MHz US/NTSC version with a rev. 9 motherboard.It is easily software switchable between NTSC and PAL. This machine happens to default to NTSC video but it can still easily be run in PAL mode with early boot menu or software such as TUDE or Degrader if you desire.


The computer is fully restored and in great shape! It is very clean and in great cosmetic condition, with only very slight yellowing.Please see photos.


The memory of this Amiga 3000 has been maxed out to 16MB Fast + 2MB chip RAM. It includes a BlueSCSI adapter with 32GB card.The floppy drive is an 880KB (Chinon FB-354).

Restoration notes


Logic and CPU Board
  • The NiCad battery was removed and replaced with a CR2032 coin cell adapter (much less prone to leaking).
  • Any battery leakage has been neutralized and damaged solder mask removed. Any damaged traces have been repaired and new green solder mask applied. Any affected parts have been replaced.
Floppy Drives
  • The original floppy drive was cleaned, lubricated and tested. It is fully functional.

Power Supply

  • The power supply has been recapped with high quality, long-life components.
  • The power supply fan has been upgraded with a low noise, long-life Noctua or Arctic replacement.

AmigaOS 3.2.3 and WHDLoad


Comes with a fully licensed (unopened) copy of the AmigaOS 3.2 CDROM. Kickstart is version 3.2.3 (the very latest update from 3.2). Has a 32GB SD card SCSI adapter with Workbench 3.2.3 installed along with tons of WHDLoad demos and games. Also installed are the latest versions of many useful applications and utilities.
