Motherboard was cleaned and recapped. The computer still would not power on and display a good screen. Symptoms include a vertical jailbar screen and static on startup sound. Many chips were removed and cleaned underneath. I have no more time for lengthy projects. Comes with 8MB of RAM and a ROM SIMM. Please message me with any questions!
