This is a vintage Digital Equipment Corporation Turbo-Laser I/O Port Module used in DEC AlphaServer 8200 / 8400 class systems.

The board contains nine large vintage DEC ceramic IC / hybrid packages with prominent gold-colored metal lids / contact areas, along with numerous ICs, edge contacts, connectors and other electronic components.
