Here is a Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) keyboard from the 1980s. Its model number is LK401-AA. The attached cable ends in a male RJ11 connector.
This one came to me from a nearby steel mill.. All keycaps are present. Nothing is missing or cracked. I have given it only a light cleaning and have not opened it up. Since I do not have a working DEC terminal, I have not tested it.
