Vintage Raidmax ATX-278WU Mid Tower PC Case White Retro Sleeper Front USB NOS :
$149.99

Up for sale is a vintage Raidmax ATX-278WU Mid-Tower PC computer case in white/grey finish. This classic chassis is New Old Stock (NOS) in its original factory packaging, complete with protective foam inserts and original box.

Featuring genuine early-2000s styling, front-access USB 2.0 ports, standard ATX motherboard support, multiple external 5.25" and 3.5" drive bays, and SECC steel construction. It is an ideal chassis for an authentic Windows 98/2000/XP retro build or a custom modern "sleeper" PC.

BACKGROUND & OVERVIEW

During the early-to-mid 2000s PC modding and custom building boom, Raidmax emerged as a defining brand renowned for futuristic bezel styling, custom front access panels, and DIY-friendly layouts. The ATX-278WU embodies this transitional era: merging classic retro beige/off-white aesthetics with emerging modern features like front-facing USB ports and top-mount power supply accommodation. Today, finding authentic early-2000s cases in unused, preserved condition inside their original packaging is increasingly uncommon.
