Vintage Seagate ST351A/X 43MB 3.5" IDE XT/AT Hard Drive - Spins Up / Untested...:
$57.99

Up for sale is a vintage Seagate ST351A/X 43MB 3.5" internal hard drive, manufactured in Thailand. This is a highly sought-after, dual-interface drive capable of operating in both 8-bit XT and 16-bit AT systems, making it excellent for vintage IBM and clone PC restorations.

Condition Details:

• Power Test: The drive has been hooked up to power and successfully spins up. It sounds normal when spinning, with no loud mechanical grinding or screeching.

• Data Test: I do not have a compatible vintage system or the proper interface controller to read or write data, so it remains otherwise untested.

• Cosmetics: The top casing, warning label, and drive geometry sticker are in clean, excellent physical condition (please see photos for exact details).

Due to the age of legacy mechanical hardware and my inability to run full diagnostic block tests, this item is being sold strictly As-Is for parts, repair, or collection.

Securely packaged and shipped promptly to ensure safe arrival. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchasing!
