Well I tired to repair this board and botched it. It's clear my days of doing fine detailed soldering work are in the past. So maybe someone with better skills can benefit. On testing the board had a bad buffer chip, In trying to replace it, made it worse. Has a new buffer chip in the socket but the soldering of the socket needs to be redone. Just looking to find it a good home vs scrapping the board.
Do not power it up without more debug! Definitely being sold as is. No returns.
