Up for sale is one (1) vintage Standard Memories MM-140 expansion memory board. This board features a remarkably dense, clean layout of vintage Mitsubishi memory ICs and components, complete with gold-plated edge connector contacts.

Condition & Provenance:


  • History: This board was carefully pulled from a fully functional, working DEC system 10 years ago.

  • Storage: Immediately upon removal, it was placed into a specialized, professional pink anti-static (ESD-safe) bubble enclosure to protect the components from static shocks and physical wear. It has been stored in a climate-controlled environment ever since.

  • Testing Note: Because it has been sitting in storage for ten years and I no longer have the mainframe host system to verify it, this board is strictly being sold "As-Is For Parts / Working When Pulled."
