ZuluSCSI Blaster with RM2 Wi-Fi module - Now with built in CD Audio DAC:
$69.00

ZuluSCSI Blaster is an advanced narrow 50-pin Ultra SCSI storage emulator and is powered by the Raspberry Pi Foundation's RP2350B microcontroller.
This version of our ZuluSCSI Blaster SCSI emulator includes soldered-down "RM2" Wi-Fi Radio Module, which allows you to connect compatible Macintosh, AmigaOS, Atari TOS, and DOS-based PCs toyour Local Area Network or Internet, via Wi-Fi. A separate operating-system-specific driver is required to utilize this networking functionality. The ZuluSCSI firmware emulates a legacy DaynaPORT SCSI/Link Ethernet device. Wi-Fi SSID and password/PSKs are configured in a zuluscsi.ini file. Please see the ZuluSCSI wiki/README for additional information.
[SCSI]# SCSI DaynaPORT settingsWiFiSSID = "Wi-fi SSID string"WiFiPassword = "Wi-Fi Password"Currently, drivers exist for classic Mac OS, Amiga OS, Atari TOS, PC-DOS/MS-DOS and Linux. The open-source Linux driver, available via GitHub, is available for both modern Linux kernels, as well as a version of the driver for the legacy Linux 2.4 kernel version.
ZuluSCSI is easy to use: Simply place an appropriately named disk image or CD-ROM ISO on your SD card in order to present it for use by your SCSI host system. ZuluSCSI can emulate up to 7 SCSI devices simultaneously at any time, and supports both FAT and ExFAT-formatted (for images greater than 4GB in size) SD cardsZuluSCSI Blaster supports synchronous and asynchronous SCSI transfers, with read speeds up to 18 megabytes/second. A sufficiently fast SD card and SCSI controller with Ultra SCSI support is required to achieve maximum throughput.New ZuluSCSI Blaster features
  • USB-C connector
  • Built-in DAC for 16-bit stereo CD Audio playback emulation (requires optional MPC-2 connector, or solder your own)
  • Expansion header with six GPIOs for future add-on functionality.
  • Up to 18 megabytes per second read, 11 megabytes per second write. - Faster than SCSI2SD V6 and faster than BlueSCSI

ZuluSCSI firmware is open-source, and GPLv3-licensed.

Board dimensions: 90mm by 100mm. The four M3-sized mounting hole dimensions are identical to those found on the bottom of any 2.5" hard drive, meaning you can use most commodity 2.5" to 3.5" mounting brackets/adapters to mount your ZuluSCSI.
See our other items for our injection-molded 3.5" mounting brackets with faceplate.
ZuluSCSI Blaster board dimensions are identical to that of SCSI2SD V5.1/V5.2/V6.
All mounting solutions designed for SCSI2SD V5.1/V5.2/V6 work just as well with ZuluSCSI.
