    Cool your AMD CPU !!!

    FVCool

Dropped my CPU temp 17C !!!

    Code:
    ./configure
    make

You'll have to copy to /usr/bin - make install doesn't work!

The file exits when I access it here and for the error you just have to change in line 41 of the Makefile.in from the -g wheel to -g root or -g adm the "wheel" group does not exist on Debian so it will not install properly with the make install. It does not seem to work on my machine though probably because I do not have the ACPI compiled in the kernel.

    Another CPU Cooler is athcool.

Make sure you have pciutils and pciutils-devel pkgs installed.

make and install -m755 athcool /usr/sbin/

    http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/ma....1.orig.tar.gz

I had lock-up's running this one, so I discontinued using it.
