Returns & Refunds

If you purchased your products from the Eight Bit Bros Official Store:

  • You have 30 days to return your product from the date it was received
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • All promotional and bundled products that are part of the order should be returned
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays or the product(s) to be shipped back to you
  • Before shipping the products to Eight Bit Bros for a refund you must first obtain an RMA number.
  • The RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned product's packaging.
  • The product will be considered returned once the product has been delivered to Eight Bit Bros, the package has been open, and the contents verified.
  • It is strongly advised that a trackable shipping method is used.
  • Eight Bit Bros is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product excluding any chargers for the initial shipping of the product when it was purchased.
  • A refund will be provided, or Eight Bit Bros Customer Service will contact you within 3 business days of delivery. If the procedures herein are not followed, Eight Bit Bros reserves the right to refuse the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

When can I expect my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Delivery will take 2 to 10 business days after the order has shipped.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is able to receive the delivery.

For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to a PO box.

Do I have to be available at home to pick up items upon delivery?

To ensure the safe delivery of your products, Eight Bit Bros recommends that you or an authorized representative is able to receive the delivery.

I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.

As our carriers require a signature for delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You may then contact the carrier to schedule a new delivery appointment.

Duties & Import Taxes

Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country. Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information.

Shipping Guide

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Shipping and delivery estimates

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

  • Your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery will depend on your destination.
  • If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments.
  • Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to ship.

Undelivered Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund inclusive of shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If making a purchase for someone else as a gift, it might be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which might lead to a refusal of the package.
