This is the original Tymac \"Expand-O-Ram\" 16k memory expansion module for the Commodore Vic-20 gaming system. It appears to have been made in May, 1983 (5-83).
The last screen shot shows a 4k system with this module added.

EXPAND-O-RAM is truly a multifunction memory expansion boardthat provides 2 switch selectable slots to double the capacity ofyour computer. In addition to these important features, 8 RESETbutton has been provided to allow you to regain control of a“hung” or unstoppable program. A bank of mini-switches controlmemory addressing on the board so that you can use EXPAND-0-RAM as a useful tool for cartridge development and debugging. Awrite protect function is even provided so that you can simulate aROM environment or investigate a previously programmed ROMCartridge Pack. A quick summary of the features are as follows:
