It does not cover any special needs you might have such as peripheral and/or software installation assistance. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTY.
ReturnsYou may return your items for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery.
Special/custom order cannot be returned. Special/custom orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject up to a 15% cancellation fee.
Exchanges are only available for 14 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff.
Customer must report any visible damage within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage.
All returned items must be approved by our service department before they are shipped back. You will be provided with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form to include with the package(s) via email.
Please use original packaging if possible. If the item is not packaged securely, and upon delivery is found to be damaged as a result, no refund will be issued.

RMAs are processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. Once your RMA has been processed, you can expect a refund or exchange shipment to be arranged within 3 business days.
