SHIPPING:

WE WILL NOT SHIP to any address that is not the confirmed registered address of the winning buyer. No exceptions. Before paying, please ensure your address in is confirmed and is the address you want the item shipped to.

Items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays or emergency-related closures).

Items will be shipped using UPS Ground services. Desktop computer shipments are not available to P.O. Boxes. Some sales may not be available to customers outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. A tracking number will be sent to the registered email address of the buyer by our automated system. Please wait about a day before attempting to track a shipment as it may not be in the shipping service's system prior to that time.

Due to various certifications and federal regulations our recycling facility must follow, and due to numerous negative issues in the past, we do not ship to international or APO addresses.

We do not include invoices or any paperwork inside of the shipments.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

All products sold carry a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We will replace the item(s) or offer a full refund. This policy is consistent with, and extends, the Money Back Guarantee. You can purchase with confidence knowing that this guarantee is in place. Our policy replaces any original manufacturer warranty or guarantee. If an item returned is unnecessarilydamaged due to negligence, altered, incomplete, or different from the item originally shipped, the return may be denied. Standard ground shipping charges are covered in the warranty, but we will not pay the additional shipping charges incurred if the item is returned using expedited or overnight shipping. We will not pay additional shipping charges incurred to any item that has been redirected to an international shipping address.
