Large printed circuit board (PCB) likely dating from the 1980s or 1990s, when these things were way bigger and way cooler. Usually PCBs are composed of a sort of laminated sandwich of copper and fiberglass panels, making them very solid and rigid, with little "through holes" for the components that would have been attached to go through, and various patterns to mark out electrical routes and placement of parts, making for some visually appealing patterns.
This particular board measures 24 in l x 18 in w, approximately 1/16 in thick. A grid of 16 subsections in copper appears on both sides, with some areas heavily oxidized by water, air, and other elements, creating a striking random patina on top of the regular copper pattern. Holes appear nicely when held to light (see last pic). Could be framed or displayed as a found object, repurposed as a placemat or divider, or cut down and used as material for all manner of craft projects. I'm told that some people even recycle these things to extract the copper or other trace precious metal elements.
